    • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday; weekend orders may experience delays).

  2. Custom Products (e.g., engravings, LOGO, personalized designs):

    • Require 15-20 business days for production before shipping.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Example: Custom product to the U.S. = 15-20 days (processing) + 7-10 days (shipping) ≈ 22-30 business days


4. Key Terms

  1. Address Changes:

    • Shipping addresses can only be updated before dispatch. Double-check your address before placing an order.

  2. Out-of-Stock Items:

    • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email, issue a full refund, and ship the remaining items.

  3. Delayed Deliveries:

    • If a package is not delivered within 60 days, it is considered lost. Contact support@bronzeknights.com for a refund or reshipment.

  4. Order Cancellations:

    • Before Shipping: Email us to cancel. A 15% handling fee applies for cancellations after 24 hours.

    • After Shipping: Cancellations are not accepted.


5. Important Notes

  • International shipments may experience delays due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (see Refund Policy).
